Christopher is a 15 year CS and IT industry vet turned 6 year CS High School teacher and Secretary of the Connecticut chapter of the CSTA.

His graduate work focused on creating a Student Teacher Assistant program at the High School level. Over the past year he has completed a rigorous, research-based, applied research project to place experienced high school CS students in a mentorship and leadership role within his classrooms. The data is sound, the results match the research and assumptions, and the successes are clear. He would love to share my work and success with my fellow CS educational community.

Christopher holds a Masters in Education with a concentration in Computer Science Education from the College of St. Scholastica and BA in Visual Arts: Graphic Design with a Minor in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Christopher's professional goals are to mature the STA program, fully develop his Computer Science Honor Society, and continue to promote and educate the Connecticut community on the best of Computer Science education. When not engaged in Teaching, Christopher can be found hiking, running, playing & creating board and video games.
